Environmental Governance
Hanatour operates an ESG Committee under the Board of Directors (BOD).
The ESG Committee reviews the performance of environmental management and discusses key agenda. Insights from the discussions are incorporated into operational plans and implemented by each working group, and the ESG Management Team reviews the outcomes on a quarterly basis. Material issues are reflected in the management strategy and reported to the BOD.
