• We will ensure the sustainable use of resources and energy, and strive to reduce energy consumption, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and water consumption.

• We practice environmental management by establishing and effectively operating environmental management processes and organizing a company-wide decision-making body.

• We will endeavor to provide eco-friendly tourism products and services.

• We are practicing sustainable environmental management by setting environmental goals and plans, and evaluating performance.

• We shall take a leading role in environmental protection through training programs and campaigns that empower employees of Hanatour to actively engage in environmental management.

• We will continue to invest attention and support to ensure that Hanatour’s capabilities will be constructively linked with global efforts to combat environmental issues.

We stimulate interest and engagement in environmental management by tying quantitative metrics to performance.
For example, key environmental metrics such as GHG emissions are incorporated into executive-level KPIs.

We have established a mid- to long-term roadmap to reduce GHG emissions. We aim to reduce our carbon footprint through step-by-step activities in the short-, mid- and long-terms, reflecting comprehensive consideration of the business landscape and our capabilities.
